According to Ukrainian legislation, it is established free- visa regime between Ukraine and Macedonia. However, to pass border control it is necessary to have document confirming the tourist nature of the trip in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "About the Tourism". Under this Act, such document is a special travel voucher , issued by the Ukrainian tour operators who are entitled to receive foreign tourists.
     Such tour operator is responsible for the tourist during his staying in Ukraine. In the event of adverse effects, because of the illegal actions of the tourist, company reimburses the damage. In a reason of the absence of documents confirming the tourist nature of the trip, a citizen of Macedonia may be deported from Ukraine.
